This is a pretty room with a large sash window that has views over Buckley Street.<\/p>\n<h5>Ground Floor<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Open Plan Living Area<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a lovely light and airy space. The <strong>kitchen\/dining area<\/strong> has a dining table and 6 chairs, a large sash window with a window seat overlooking Buckley Street, cream painted wooden wall and floor cabinets with a built in electric oven and gas hob above. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>living room area<\/strong> has French windows leading out to a small balcony that overlooks the private courtyard below, alongside a second large sash window with window seat. There is an inset wood burner with slate hearth.<\/p>\n<h5>Lower Ground Floor<\/h5>\n<p>Stairs lead down from the ground floor to the spacious <strong>family bathroom<\/strong>, fitted with a bath with electric shower overhead, loo and basin. (The family bathroom shower has limited headroom so beware if you are tall!)<\/p>\n<p>The rear porch houses a washing machine and separate tumble drier, and leads out to a private paved <strong>courtyard garden<\/strong>. This is a pleasant space which catches the morning sunshine, and is ideal for relaxing and entertaining with a table and chairs and barbecue.
