First Floor
Bedroom 1 is a light and spacious double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, the main focus of which is an attractive pair of French windows that lead out onto a balcony with superb estuary views across the main anchorage to East Portlemouth and towards South Pool as well as back over the town. En-suite shower room with shower, loo and basin
Bedroom 2 is a smaller double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, L- Shaped with a double bed and a pair of built in bunk beds. This is a pretty room with a large sash window that has views over Buckley Street.
Ground Floor
Open Plan Living Area
This is a lovely light and airy space. The kitchen/dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs, a large sash window with a window seat overlooking Buckley Street, cream painted wooden wall and floor cabinets with a built in electric oven and gas hob above. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor.
The living room area has French windows leading out to a small balcony that overlooks the private courtyard below, alongside a second large sash window with window seat. There is an inset wood burner with slate hearth.
Lower Ground Floor
Stairs lead down from the ground floor to the spacious family bathroom, fitted with a bath with electric shower overhead, loo and basin. (The family bathroom shower has limited headroom so beware if you are tall!)
The rear porch houses a washing machine and separate tumble drier, and leads out to a private paved courtyard garden. This is a pleasant space which catches the morning sunshine, and is ideal for relaxing and entertaining with a table and chairs and barbecue. Steps lead down to Victoria Quay with communal right of way for the adjacent cottages.
